Spicebox is owned by Jonothan Pinchen and Derrick Cain.

Jonothan worked at the much missed "Thai Me Up" in Edinburgh,

and has brought along head chefs Anurat and Kannika from this

well-critiqued restaurant which sadly closed its doors in November 2005.

Both are extremely talented and seasoned chefs of Thai cuisine and

"worked at the legendary Sukhothai hotel before heading up the culinary

team at 'Thai Me Up.' There's some pedigree here,

very impressive for, what is essentially, a takeaway"
